Which areas does LCC cover?
We work across London and the surrounding area. Larger commercial projects elsewhere in the UK can be considered, and we have delivered fit-out work in Europe, including a Haidilao restaurant in Madrid.
Can LCC handle both design and construction?
Yes. We can manage the whole project, from design and approvals through to construction and handover, or build from drawings prepared by your own architect or designer.
What size of project do you take on?
We work on everything from single-unit refurbishments and restaurant fit-outs to multi-floor commercial projects and residential developments. The best way to check whether we suit your project is a short call.
Do you work with international brands opening in the UK?
Yes. Our team speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese, and we regularly work with overseas operators on their UK sites, including landlord approvals and UK regulations.
How do I get a quotation?
Send us the address, drawings if you have them and a short description of what you need. We usually arrange a site visit, agree the scope with you and then prepare a detailed quotation.
Do you look after the property after completion?
