LCC is a London-based construction contractor specialising in commercial fit-out, refurbishment and construction. We work with businesses, property owners, developers, landlords, architects and design teams to deliver high-quality spaces that work for people and perform for business.
Established in 2014 and based in Marylebone, we are an architect-led design and build company. Our in-house team manages every project from first concept and approvals through to construction and handover, for clients ranging from independent operators to international brands such as Haidilao, POP MART, Kintan and Yakiniku Like.

You deal with one team and one point of contact. We start with your brief and budget, take care of design, planning, landlord approvals and building regulations, run the site with a dedicated project manager, and return after handover to make sure everything works as it should.

Your project receives the attention of in-house architects and interior designers, and is delivered by experienced site managers and trusted specialist trades. Full insurance and health and safety documentation is available on request for pre-qualification.

Our responsibilities
Building responsibly
We plan every project to cut waste, use responsible materials and reduce our carbon footprint, in line with our Environmental Policy.
Waste & recycling
Our target is to divert at least 90% of construction waste from landfill, using registered waste carriers only.
Responsible materials
FSC or PEFC certified timber, low-VOC paints and adhesives, and suppliers close to London.
Reuse before replace
Furniture, fittings and equipment from strip-out are reused, donated or recycled wherever possible.
Lower-carbon work
Electric, ULEZ-compliant vehicles, no idling on site, and energy-efficient lighting and services in the spaces we design.
