This project involves the design and construction of a contemporary residential development in Chiswick, West London. The scheme introduces a modern apartment building designed to integrate with the surrounding urban fabric while providing high-quality homes for residents.
The development comprises multiple residential units arranged across several floors, with private balconies, landscaped frontage, and dedicated access points. The design balances contemporary architecture with traditional brick materials, ensuring the building complements the character of the local neighbourhood.
Our team was responsible for coordinating the architectural design, construction planning, and project delivery to ensure the development meets planning requirements, structural standards, and modern residential living expectations.
The architectural concept focuses on combining modern residential design with materials that reflect the character of West London streetscapes. The façade uses a combination of warm brickwork and dark metal cladding to create a strong architectural identity while remaining sympathetic to the surrounding buildings.
Balconies are integrated across the upper levels to maximise natural light and provide private outdoor spaces for residents. Planters and greenery soften the building’s appearance and introduce elements of nature into the urban environment.
The design prioritises clean lines, balanced proportions, and efficient use of space, creating a contemporary residential development that feels both functional and visually distinctive.
The layout has been carefully designed to optimise residential comfort, accessibility, and circulation within the building. Apartments are arranged around a central vertical core, allowing efficient access through the main stair and circulation areas.
Private balconies provide additional outdoor space for residents, while ground-floor units benefit from small landscaped front gardens that enhance privacy and street interaction.
External areas include bicycle storage and practical access routes, supporting sustainable urban living and encouraging alternative transport options within the neighbourhood.
