Project overview
We delivered a comprehensive design and build project for the world-renowned Haidilao Hot Pot restaurant in Spain, located on Gran Vía, Madrid. The project involved the full transformation of the interior space into a contemporary, refined, and highly functional dining environment that reflects Haidilao’s global brand standards and service-led approach.
This international project demonstrates our capability to deliver complex restaurant fit-out and construction works outside the UK, while maintaining quality, consistency, and programme control.
Design and concept
The interior design was developed to balance modern European aesthetics with subtle references to Haidilao’s distinctive brand identity. A neutral and elegant material palette was combined with bespoke joinery, integrated lighting, and carefully considered spatial proportions to create a welcoming and premium dining atmosphere.
Attention was given to visual continuity across seating areas, circulation routes, and feature elements, ensuring the space feels cohesive while supporting a high-quality customer experience.
Layout and restaurant functionality
The internal layout was planned to optimise customer flow, seating comfort, and operational efficiency. Table configurations, service zones, and circulation routes were carefully arranged to support hot pot dining requirements while maintaining clear sightlines and ease of movement for both guests and staff.
Mechanical, electrical, and ventilation systems were fully integrated into the design to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements, while remaining visually discreet within the finished interior.
Delivery and construction
Our team managed the project from early coordination through to completion, delivering interior construction, bespoke joinery, specialist finishes, and full M&E installations. Close coordination with local consultants and stakeholders ensured compliance with local regulations and a smooth delivery process.
