Haidilao Manchester

For this project, we were commissioned to deliver the design and build of Haidilao, the renowned international hotpot restaurant, located in Manchester’s historic Corn Exchange. The project encompassed full commercial fit-out works, blending functionality, aesthetics, and the distinctive identity of the Haidilao brand.

Our team meticulously developed a concept that harmonises modern design with Haidilao’s signature customer experience, while respecting the architectural heritage of the Corn Exchange. The “Dark Theme” conceptual approach was implemented to create an inviting yet sophisticated dining atmosphere, featuring sleek finishes, elegant lighting, and high-quality materials tailored to the client’s vision.

From concept development to construction, we ensured the seamless execution of the project, delivering an exceptional space that meets the brand’s global standards while offering customers a unique dining experience in Manchester.
