We were commissioned to deliver a full design and build commercial fit-out for Haidilao’s new branch at Liverpool One Shopping Centre. Known globally for its premium hot pot dining experience, Haidilao required a bespoke interior that reflected its exceptional brand values while providing a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
We managed the entire project from concept design through to completion, delivering a high-quality fit-out that aligned with the client’s vision and timeline. The project involved architectural design, detailed interior planning, turnkey construction services, premium finishes, bespoke furniture and fixtures, full MEP services, and adherence to Liverpool One’s requirements and regulations.
We working closely with Haidilao’s brand team, we transformed their iconic design standards into a functional and modern dining space. The restaurant features elegant interior finishes that reflect its luxury dining experience, custom booth seating and private dining zones for an intimate atmosphere, advanced kitchen and ventilation systems to ensure operational excellence, and a striking feature entrance designed to attract visitors. High-spec lighting solutions were incorporated to enhance the restaurant’s ambience.
Delivering a commercial fit-out within a busy shopping centre posed unique challenges, including strict centre guidelines, limited working hours, logistical complexities, and the integration of advanced kitchen systems with existing infrastructure. Through effective project management and close coordination, we successfully navigated these challenges, completing the project on time and within budget. The new Haidilao branch at Liverpool One stands as a testament to our expertise, offering a contemporary, functional, and inviting dining environment that upholds Haidilao’s world-class standards.
