Part II & Part III Architect

LCC has an exciting opportunity for an Architect and Architectural Assistant to join its team in London.

As part of LCC’s team, you will assist the projects team in delivering drawing packages for all Beaumont projects, new and existing.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of construction processes and be competent at taking a brief and delivering a design
that meets project needs and deadlines. This role focuses on commercial fit-outs and refurbishment projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce architectural drawings and related services as assigned.
  • Prepare full packages of technical design, tender, and construction drawings, from general arrangements to section details and working drawings.
  • Develop schematic drawings and layouts.
  • Assist in the issuance of drawings when required.
  • Review and coordinate drawing and tender packages.
  • Liaise with contractors, specialists, and consultants when required.
  • Understand and manage procurement processes.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for refurbishments and new builds.
  • Manage project filing in line with office procedures and requirements.
  • Ensure drawings comply with statutory regulations.
  • Attend site visits and progress or project meetings when requested.
  • Manage the office CAD system standards.
  • Demonstrate an innovative approach to design and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Competencies for the role:

  • Five years’ experience in technical design and interior architecture.
  • Part 2 and Part 3 qualified or equivalent.
  • Ability to produce clear and detailed technical drawing sets for fabrication, including specification information.
  • Technical problem-solver with the ability to develop architectural solutions through innovative thinking, documented via construction drawings and details.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe.
  • Advanced Excel skills for producing working schedules.
  • Good understanding of the construction process and current statutory regulations.
  • Strong time-keeping skills and confidence working in demanding environments.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills.
  • Ability to take instructions and deliver effectively to brief.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Builder / Handyman (Commercial & Residential)

We specialise in high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds across Greater London, working with developers,
private investors, and hospitality brands.

We seek a proactive builder/handyman experienced in high-end commercial and residential work to support maintenance and project
delivery on luxury retail and high-end residential sites in and around London. Work includes a mix of day and night shifts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Builder in commercial construction or fit-out.
  • Skilled across multiple trades (drylining, plastering, basic carpentry, plumbing).
  • Understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and health and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out general building works including bricklaying, plastering, and basic carpentry.
  • Assist with structural alterations and commercial fit-out installations.
  • Work from technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager – an ambitious individual who takes ownership, moves quickly, and delivers results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery, managing programme, cost, and quality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client and represent the company professionally.
  • Manage internal teams and subcontractors across all phases of delivery.
  • Oversee health and safety, ensuring full compliance with current legislation and standards.
  • Drive procurement, contract compliance, and commercial performance.
  • Monitor progress, manage change, and ensure on-time, snag-free completion.
  • Produce and maintain project programmes and cost reports.
  • Lead contract kick-off meetings, regular progress meetings, and project close-out.

What you bring:

  • Proven success delivering fit-out or construction projects.
  • Experience with CAT A and CAT B projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

We are seeking a skilled Plumber with general maintenance experience to join our team in London.
This role involves carrying out plumbing installations, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks across commercial and residential sites.
You will work closely with our site teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and fault-finding.
  • Perform routine building maintenance, including basic carpentry, tiling, and minor repairs.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
  • Keep accurate records of work and materials used.
  • Liaise with clients and site managers to provide excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plumber with additional maintenance skills.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (desirable).
  • Knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and safety procedures.
