London Construction Contractor (LCC) is a London-based design and build company with more than a decade of experience delivering commercial fit out, refurbishment, and construction projects across the United Kingdom. These flagship retail fit-out projects were delivered for POP MART, one of the world’s leading designer toy brands with a strong international presence. The work focused on creating immersive retail environments that support brand identity, encourage customer engagement, and perform effectively in high-footfall locations.
Each space was carefully planned to balance visual impact with operational efficiency. The Oxford Street flagship, in particular, plays a key role in strengthening POP MART’s visibility within one of London’s most prominent retail destinations.
Through close collaboration with client and design teams, the completed fit outs achieve brand consistency across multiple international locations while responding to local site conditions and retail regulations.

Fit-out works were delivered for Haidilao Hot Pot, one of the world’s most recognisable restaurant brands, known for redefining the hot pot dining experience. Each project required a high level of technical coordination to meet Haidilao’s operational standards while maintaining consistency across multiple locations.

Fit-out works were delivered for Ginza Onodera, a renowned fine-dining Japanese restaurant recognised for its authentic cuisine and understated approach to luxury. The project required a high level of precision and attention to detail to reflect the brand’s philosophy of craftsmanship, restraint, and quality.
The completed interior combines refined materials with meticulous detailing to create a calm and sophisticated dining environment.
