We delivered the full design and build fit out for the Pop Mart flagship store in Amsterdam, located within one of the city’s prime retail districts. This international project demonstrates our capability to deliver high-quality retail environments outside the UK while maintaining consistent design standards, build quality, and brand execution.

The fit out was developed to translate Pop Mart’s bold and playful brand identity into a fully functional retail space that performs effectively within a busy urban shopping environment. Careful consideration was given to layout planning, customer flow, and visual hierarchy to ensure strong product visibility and an engaging in-store experience.

The interior design balances vibrant brand expression with practical retail functionality. Bespoke joinery, integrated display systems, and layered lighting were used to create a visually impactful environment while supporting durability and ease of maintenance. The layout was structured to encourage intuitive customer movement and flexible merchandising, allowing the store to adapt to changing product ranges and promotional displays.

Our team worked closely with the client throughout the project, coordinating interior design, construction, and architectural delivery to ensure a seamless end-to-end process. Attention was given to programme management, quality control, and alignment with local requirements to achieve a smooth and efficient delivery.
