We delivered the full design and build fit out for Haidilao Hotpot at Piccadilly Circus, London, located within the heart of Chinatown and one of the capital’s most prominent dining districts. This project demonstrates our experience delivering complex, large-scale restaurant environments for internationally recognised hospitality brands.

Haidilao is globally renowned for its premium hotpot dining experience and service-led approach. The brief required a sophisticated interior environment that supports high customer volumes while maintaining comfort, efficiency, and brand consistency throughout the space.

The scope of works covered complete space planning, interior design, structural modifications, and full MEP installations, including specialist mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required for hotpot dining. Particular attention was given to ventilation, extraction, and service coordination to support table-side cooking while ensuring compliance, safety, and long-term operational performance.

The interior design blends contemporary detailing with subtle traditional Chinese influences, creating a refined and welcoming dining atmosphere. Bespoke finishes, curved architectural elements, and carefully integrated lighting were used to enhance spatial flow and elevate the customer experience across both front-of-house and waiting areas.

As an experienced restaurant design and build contractor in London, we managed the project from concept development through to construction and final handover. Close coordination across all disciplines ensured seamless delivery within a demanding central London location.
