We delivered the full design and build project for the Haidilao Hot Pot restaurant located on Gran Vía, Madrid, one of the city’s most prominent commercial and dining streets. This international project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality hospitality environments that align with global brand standards while responding to local context.
The scope of works covered commercial fit out, architectural planning, and interior construction, transforming the space into a modern, functional, and visually refined hot pot restaurant. The design was developed to reflect Haidilao’s established brand identity while supporting the technical requirements of table-side hot pot dining.
Careful attention was given to layout planning, customer circulation, and operational efficiency, ensuring a comfortable dining experience within a busy urban setting. Interior finishes, lighting, and detailing were selected to create a clean and contemporary atmosphere that enhances brand presence and customer engagement.
Our team managed the project through coordinated design, construction, and delivery, ensuring consistency in quality, programme control, and execution. Local regulations and site constraints were addressed through detailed planning and close collaboration with stakeholders.
This completed project highlights our experience in delivering international restaurant fit outs for global hospitality brands, combining design sensitivity, technical expertise, and disciplined project management across European markets.
