As a globally recognised brand known for its premium hot pot dining experience, Haidilao required an interior environment that reflects its high standards while providing a refined and seamless customer journey.

We managed the project from initial concept design through to construction and final completion, delivering a high-quality fit out aligned with the client’s brand vision, operational requirements, and programme. The scope of works included architectural design, detailed interior planning, turnkey construction, premium finishes, bespoke furniture and joinery, full MEP installations, and compliance with Liverpool ONE’s technical standards and centre regulations.

Working closely with Haidilao’s brand and operations teams, we translated established design guidelines into a contemporary and functional dining environment. The restaurant features elegant interior finishes, custom booth seating, and private dining zones to create a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. Advanced commercial kitchen, extraction, and ventilation systems were fully integrated to support operational efficiency and consistent service performance. A carefully designed feature entrance and high-specification lighting were introduced to enhance visibility and elevate the overall dining experience.

Delivering a complex restaurant fit out within a live shopping centre environment required careful coordination and detailed planning. Centre constraints, restricted working hours, logistical challenges, and the integration of specialist kitchen systems within existing infrastructure were all managed through disciplined project management and close collaboration with stakeholders.
